#7- You Can Use Web 2.0 to Build Relationships

To be profitable for the long haul, a business must build solid, active relationships. Usually, that means the relationship between the business and its customers.

With today’s technology and Web 2.0 strategies, that relationship model can first be expanded with back-and-forth, two-way communications.
